BIO
Jessica Green, a lifelong resident of Louisville, Kentucky, earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from
the University of Kentucky College of Law, and her Bachelors of Arts Degree from Spelman College in
Atlanta Georgia. Jessica graduated from Louisville Central High School. After law school, Jessica began
her career as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Hardin County in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
While there, Jessica honed her advocacy skills, prosecuting hundreds of felony level cases, including
homicides, drug offenses, sex offenses, and more. Jessica continued her career as a prosecutor as an
Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Jefferson County, where she was assigned to the Domestic
Violence unit. There, she focused her prosecution on child sex offenses, and domestic violence offenses.
An experienced trial attorney, Jessica has taken over thirty felony level cases to trial.
In her private practice, Jessica is a zealous and dedicated advocate when you and your family
need it most. Additionally, Jessica is a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), representing children of Jefferson
County’s Dependency, Neglect, and Abuse Docket. She is known as an experienced family law and
criminal defense attorney. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar
Association.
Outside of work, Jessica is an active member of the community. She resides in Louisville with
her husband, children, and Goldendoodle, Daisy.
